Your Research Role
In this role, you will conduct cutting-edge research under the supervision of renowned professors and in close collaboration with colleagues, with the aim of publishing high-impact papers in leading journals in the field.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct research according to project plans, including developing theoretical frameworks, designing methodologies, and analyzing and interpreting data.
- Document, publish, and present research findings in top-tier journals, international conferences, and practitioner-oriented outlets.
- Engage in outreach activities to promote research and increase its visibility.
- Contribute to SNSF progress reporting, including writing technical and progress reports.
- Stay up-to-date with current knowledge and recent advances in the field.

Your Profile
- An outstanding PhD dissertation in Psychology, Behavioral Neuroscience, or a relevant field.
- Experience publishing in top management, entrepreneurship, psychology, or behavioral science journals.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative methodological knowledge.
- Knowledge of experimental designs and neurophysiological measurements is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good organization skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively.
