Senior Research Fellow in Entrepreneurial Psychology

Research Position Overview
As a Postdoctoral Researcher in Entrepreneurship at the University of St, you will contribute to rigorous research in entrepreneurial psychology under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Charlotta Sirén and Prof. Dr. Silvia Stroe. Your tasks will include planning, conducting, and publishing research in leading journals, as well as engaging in outreach activities to promote research visibility.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement research designs, methodologies, and analyses in collaboration with the research team;
- Document and publish research findings in high-profile journals and conferences;
- Engage in outreach activities to promote research and increase visibility;
- Contribute to SNSF progress reporting and keep abreast of current knowledge in the field.

Required Qualifications
- An outstanding PhD dissertation in Psychology, Behavioral Neuroscience, or Behavioral Sciences or a relevant topic field;
- Experience publishing in top management, entrepreneurship, psychology, or behavioral science journals;
- Strong quantitative and qualitative methodological knowledge;
- Desirable: knowledge of and experience with experimental designs and neurophysiological measurements.
