Researcher in Entrepreneurial Finance and Management

We are seeking a motivated researcher to join our team and contribute to our research projects.
Position OverviewAs a researcher, you will be part of our team and focus on conducting research projects, individually or in groups, in accordance with the project plan, including the development of the theoretical framework, design and methodology of the studies, as well as the analysis and interpretation of the data.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement research projects, including the design and methodology of the studies, and the analysis and interpretation of the data.
- Publish and present research findings in leading academic journals and international conferences.
- Engage in outreach activities to promote research and increase visibility of research findings.
- Contribute to progress reports to the SNSF (preparation of technical/progress reports and documents, as required).
- Stay up-to-date with current knowledge and latest developments in the field/discipline.

- A strong academic background in Psychology, Behavioral Neuroscience, or Behavioral Sciences, or a relevant field (e.g. Entrepreneurship, Entrepreneurial Finance, Innovation, Management).
- Experience with publishing in leading academic journals for Management, Entrepreneurship, Psychology, or Behavioral Sciences.
- Excellent knowledge of quantitative and qualitative methods.
- Knowledge and experience with experimental designs are desirable.
- Knowledge and experience with neurophysiological measurements such as eye-tracking, galvanic skin response, electrocardiography, and electroencephalography (EEG) are desirable.
- A strong interest in entrepreneurial psychology, combined with a strong interest in developing a research direction in this area.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Very good organizational skills, the willingness to take initiative, and the ability to work in dynamic environments, both independently and collaboratively.
