Job Overview:
We are seeking a Tool Store Supervisor to join our team at SR Technics Group. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the tool store and supporting the overall New Engines operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accurate inventory of tools and materials.
- Issue and track tools, manage calibration processes, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with various departments to meet operational needs and control costs.
- Participate in the daily production meeting, plan staff and shifts, and ensure material availability for assembly.
- Assign work orders to employees, plan resources, and monitor work efficiency.
- Organize equipment, tools, and work documents according to company rules and regulations.
- Actively manage personnel resources and qualifications, and implement the Performance Management Process.
- Apply Lean principles to achieve departmental goals and review processes for optimization.
Your Profile:
- 4 Years technical or logistics apprenticeship.
- Experience in Engine MRO, preferably in logistics.
- Minimum 3 Years of experience in industrial manufacturing environment.
- Basic IT knowledge (MS Office, SAP).
- English Level minimum B2.
- Readiness for two shift works.
