Job Description

As a Warehouse Supervisor at SR Technics, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of warehouse staff. Your primary goal will be to ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead the warehouse team in a multicultural environment
  • Plan and manage resources to meet operational demands
  • Ensure quality requirements are met in accordance with valid regulations and procedures
  • Perform daily management of employees, including recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Monitor KPIs and report to Team Lead Logistics Services
  • Implement and maintain a Continuous Improvement culture
Requirements:
  • Logistics Apprenticeship or similar education
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in logistics, preferably in the Aviation Industry
  • Previous experience as a team leader is an advantage
  • Good communication skills
  • English Level B1 / German C1
  • Basic SAP / Expert on MS Office Tools
  • Extensive knowledge of aviation regulations
  • Lean Management and Continuous Improvement
