Job Description
We're seeking a highly motivated Clinical Territory Development Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with our Clinical Sales Manager to develop surgical robotics programs across various surgical specialties. You'll gain comprehensive knowledge of our business, including technical, clinical, and sales aspects.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work effectively as part of a team. You'll have a passion for learning, a high level of energy, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide case support to surgical teams, offering guidance and training on da Vinci Surgical Systems.
- Lead product demonstrations and in-services for customers, showcasing the benefits of our technology.
- Contribute to sales goals by influencing behavior change in customers and supporting marketing development events.
- Manage administrative tasks, including reporting, expense tracking, and online module completion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 1 year sales experience or 1 year leadership experience.
- Fluent English and local language proficiency.
- Ambition, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
Compensation Package
We offer an attractive compensation package, including a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. This is a developmental role with opportunities for growth and professional advancement.
