Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team as a Quality Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our watches meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Aesthetic and dimensional inspection of watch components (external parts and movements) on receipt or at suppliers' premises
  • Final aesthetic and functional inspection of assembled watches
  • Drafting of non-conformity reports
  • Follow-up of corrective actions
  • Application of control protocols and specifications
  • Diagnosis of watches returned from the market
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Several years' experience in watchmaking quality control (external part and watch)
  • A good understanding and command of the usual measuring instruments and control devices
  • Knowledge of reading technical drawings and MS Office tools
  • Very good knowledge of French. Knowledge of English and/or German is a plus
  • Rigorous, organised and a good team player
  • An outgoing, dynamic personality with initiative and flexibility
  • Willingness to work in a fast-growing company with a 'builder' mindset
  • Identification with the NORQAINER mindset (adventure, outdoor sports, young & dynamic)
