Senior Watchmaking Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Watchmaker to join our team at Montres Norqain SA. As a key member of our production department, you will play a crucial role in crafting high-quality timepieces.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, including proficiency in assembling watch heads, fitting straps, and performing minor alterations to movements. Excellent attention to detail and a thorough understanding of watch mechanisms are essential.

• Assemble watch heads, including fitting dials, hands, and inserting watch cases
• Fitting and adjusting watch straps
• Performing minor adjustments to movements and rate
• Assembly of prototypes and test pieces
• Diagnosis and repair of watches returned from the market

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Training or certification as a watchmaker
• Professional experience in a similar position
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
• Excellent knowledge of German or French
• A passion for watchmaking and a willingness to learn and adapt
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly
• Flexibility and a positive attitude towards change
