Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join our team at Montres Norqain SA. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to be part of a dynamic and young environment, working with a talented team of professionals in the watch industry.
About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a Quality Manager to take on new challenges and responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have several years' experience in watchmaking quality control, including aesthetic and dimensional inspection of watch components and movements.
Key Responsibilities
- Aesthetic and dimensional inspection of watch components (external parts and movements) on receipt or at suppliers' premises
- Final aesthetic and functional inspection of assembled watches
- Drafting of non-conformity reports
- Follow-up of corrective actions
- Application of control protocols and specifications
- Diagnosis of watches returned from the market
Requirements
- Several years' experience in watchmaking quality control (external part and watch)
- A good understanding and command of the usual measuring instruments and control devices
- Knowledge of reading technical drawings and MS Office tools
- Very good knowledge of French. Knowledge of English and/or German is a plus
- Rigorous, organised and a good team player
- An outgoing, dynamic personality with initiative and flexibility
- Willingness to work in a fast-growing company with a 'builder' mindset
- Identification with the NORQAINER mindset (adventure, outdoor sports, young & dynamic)
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is approximately CHF 80,000 - 100,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a dynamic and supportive work environment.
