Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products across multiple sites. You will work closely with production, operations, maintenance, calibration, and quality teams to identify and implement improvements.
- Support product development, manufacturing, and quality assurance initiatives
- Serve as a quality representative during product or process investigations and audits
- Lead validations, technical studies, test method validations, and other quality-related projects
- Develop and implement corrective actions to address quality issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality excellence
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Quality, mechanical engineering, life sciences, or industrial engineering
- Minimum five years' experience in quality engineering, preferably in the medical device industry
- Excellent English skills, both spoken and written
- Proficient IT skills, including MS Office and eQMS
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is CHF 90,000 - CHF 110,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include:
