We are seeking a talented Sales and Business Growth Manager to join our Commercial Sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving new business sales and exceeding quarterly/annual sales targets.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Strong sales skills and ability to develop strategic customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders.
- A proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced sales environment.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the entire sales process from initial contact to closure.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement of sales targets.
- Partner with the Salesforce Team to position the value of the Salesforce 360 platform boosted by MuleSoft.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and proficiency in German and English. French is an asset.
