Product Performance Evaluation Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Performance Evaluation Senior Manager to join our team at Coty, a leading beauty company. This role will be responsible for ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, efficacy, and consumer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement robust methodologies for product testing, establish technical success criteria based on consumer feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product performance goals and standards.
- Analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance product performance.
- Define and execute consumer testing strategies to confirm product readiness and irresistibility.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

As our Product Performance Evaluation Senior Manager, you will report to the Senior Director of Consumer & Sensory Science and work closely with R&D, CMI, and Marketing teams.
Requirements- Scientific (Biology, Cosmetic science or related) or Psychology background – master's degree or higher.
- 8-10 years of experience using consumer product understanding to drive the development of winning products, preferably within the beauty industry.
- Qualitative and Quantitative Research experience is a must.
- Proven track record of successful project management and team leadership.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- In addition to the salary, other benefits including lunch allowance, annual local public transport pass, 25 holiday days per calendar year + 3 floating days offered by the company.
