Responsibilities
- Full-cycle sales from prospecting to closing deals and generating ARR
- Engaging with C-suite executives and key decision-makers in enterprise accounts
- Developing and executing a strategic outbound sales approach for large organizations
- Demonstrating AI-powered product solutions addressing client needs
- Crafting high-value proposals and negotiations aligned with customer pain points
- Leveraging LinkedIn and personal branding to connect with key stakeholders
- Building a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and hitting revenue targets
- Collaborating across teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success
Requirements
- A strong network in at least one key industry
- A proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, consistently meeting or exceeding quotas
- Experience selling GenAI solutions or other advanced technologies
- Ability to navigate and win large accounts (€1B+ revenue)
- Excellent discovery, presentation, and negotiation skills with C-suite executives
- Fluent in English and German (C1/C2 level, written and verbal)
- Resilient, entrepreneurial mindset – thriving in fast-moving environments
- CRM expertise (HubSpot preferred)
