We are looking for a skilled Customer Experience Strategist to lead our efforts in creating personalized customer experiences across all touchpoints. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive customer engagement and loyalty.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer experience strategies that align with our digital priorities and customer experience aspirations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement use cases for coherent customer journeys.
  • Work closely with Data Product Manager, CRM & Systems team, and Data Science to identify opportunities to increase customer knowledge through new data sources and profile enrichment strategies.

About You

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong foundation in customer experience, marketing technology, and data management.
  • You are familiar with CRM systems, marketing automation, and Paid marketing tools.
  • You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment managing and tracking multiple projects at once.
