Global Customer Success Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Global Customer Success Specialist to join our agile customer success team. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical support, help customers with solutions, and answer questions about u-blox services.
You will work in an agile team of cross-functional experts who can support customers with industrial IoT and positioning solutions, applications, and services. Your mission is to increase u-blox recurring revenue by helping our customers achieve their objectives and successfully design-in our Services, with an emphasis on PointPerfect.
Your Responsibilities:
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers to thoroughly understand their requirements and use cases.
- Create scripts and sample code for common customer use cases.
- Produce application notes, tutorials, and additional documentation for u-blox services.
- Regularly meet with product owners and development teams to advocate for customer needs.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Growth teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from design to implementation.
- Continuously hone your skills, develop new ones, and assist with improving the product and its delivery while fostering a collaborative learning environment.
- Conduct technical pre-sales activities, including presentations and demonstrations.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Education in the field of Engineering or applied sciences.
- Knowledge and experience in embedded software development.
- Programming experience with Python scripting.
- Understanding of IoT protocols, particularly MQTT, and experience in one or more specific IoT/embedded/M2M industries.
- Knowledge of GNSS and ideally high-precision positioning.
- Proven experience in technical pre-sales projects, technical consulting, or solution engineering roles.
- Ability to work well as part of a team in an agile, global, and diverse cultural environment.
- Interested in learning evolving technology and developing new skills quickly.
- Willingness to travel (25%).
