Administrative Support Role at WTO

**Job Summary:**
Administrative assistants play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of divisions within the World Trade Organization (WTO).

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement office procedures to optimize divisional performance
* Address administrative challenges and ensure adherence to established procedures
* Provide administrative support to divisional staff, bodies, and activities
* Coordinate and supervise the work of secretaries

**Requirements:**

* Completion of secondary education
* Secretarial/office management qualifications desirable
* Proficiency in MS suite of applications at advanced level
* Understanding of administrative procedures, including staff rules and regulations
* Excellent multi-tasking and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
