We are seeking a highly motivated and organized People and Culture Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of our employee experience strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives and programs
- Collaborate with department leaders to design and deliver training and development programs
- Provide administrative support for HR-related projects and initiatives
- Assist with the coordination of employee events and activities
