Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Coordinator to support the leadership team in day-to-day office activities. As a seasoned Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for obtaining and organizing information, editing documents, scheduling meetings, and handling confidential business and personnel information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtaining and organizing information for use in conferences, speeches, and reports as requested by executives.
  • Editing, proofing, formatting, document design/production, form filling, and data entry.
  • Scheduling/coordinating meetings, diaries, and travel arrangements.
  • Receiving/relaying telephone messages from internal and external sources.
  • Handling of confidential business and personnel information.
Your Background

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication and organization skills, ownership of the executive's agenda/schedule, great stakeholder management skills, and bilingual proficiency in English and German, with Japanese being a plus.
