We are a fast-growing delivery-only food hall, part of the virtual restaurant revolution in Switzerland. Our mission is to deliver exceptional food experiences through our innovative platform.

About the Role
  • This position involves onboarding new restaurant partners and teaching them our system, ensuring a seamless integration into our network.
  • As an Onboarding & Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our partner restaurants, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing strategies to increase revenue.
  • Your key focus areas include quality assurance, mystery guest programs, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • You must be a motivated self-starter with experience in kitchen operations and a strong understanding of Swiss market trends.
  • Able to communicate fluently in German/French and work remotely from Zurich or other locations.
  • Demonstrated ability to onboard multiple new partners during opening hours and maintain accurate records.
  • Valid driver's license for regular business travel required.
