Job Description

In this internship, you will collaborate closely with our Global Sales Managers to tackle various tasks:




  • Develop quotations for technical changes and oversee the Technical Economical Feasibility Study (TEFS) process with a cross-functional team.
  • Prepare commercial offers for prototypes, conduct profitability analyses, and track results.
  • Coordinate pricing updates, maintain pricing databases, and ensure price consistency across systems.
  • Support internal reporting and dashboard creation for pricing, tooling, and engineering activities.
  • Maintain the CRM tool up-to-date, including contacts, opportunity management, and document libraries.
  • Assist Accounts Receivable/past dues management in collaboration with the Finance department and customers.
  • Support the Customer Request for Information/Quotation process.
  • Analyze customer KPIs and propose corrective actions.
  • Prepare and assist during weekly calls for logistics, purchasing, and projects.


Requirements

  • A strong academic background in Business studies, preferably in your final year.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment and negotiate solutions with colleagues.
  • Independence, coupled with a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • A curious and motivated mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English (at least technical level).
  • A duration of 12 months.
