About Us
Michael Page - Switzerland is currently seeking an experienced Corporate Development Director to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading international trust company, driving business growth and development in Switzerland and neighboring jurisdictions.

Job Description
As a Corporate Development Director, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the future vision and strategy for business development. This will involve developing and executing business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals, maintaining positive relations with business partners, shareholders, and authorities, and generating new business growth through network development, new client acquisition, client retention, and sales campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals.
  • Maintain positive relations with business partners, shareholders, and authorities.
  • Generate new business growth through network development, new client acquisition, client retention, and sales campaigns.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with clients.
  • Identify and assess new market opportunities and potential acquisition targets.
  • Work closely with senior team members to identify and manage business development risks.
  • Arrange and conduct meetings with clients, professional intermediaries, and relationship managers across different jurisdictions.
  • Assist prospective clients with the establishment of sophisticated corporate and fiduciary structures.
  • Prepare new business proposals and support colleagues in the development of new business.
  • Manage and lead related projects as assigned.


Requirements
  • BSc/BA in law, finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • English and French spoken.
  • Proven experience as a Client Solutions Executive over multiple jurisdictions (minimum of 7-10 years practical work experience).
  • Good knowledge of the international tax and regulatory environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of the financial and management industry's standards, legal, and regulations.
  • Experience in tactical sale strategies to promote business growth.
  • Experience in leading a team, setting goals, monitoring progress, and enforcing employee development programs.
  • Ability to use qualitative and quantitative skills to evaluate new business opportunities.
  • Pro-active, rigorous, and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Project management skills, able to juggle multiple projects at once.
