**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Financial Director to lead our budgeting and financial operations team at Michael Page.

About the Role

The Financial Director will be responsible for managing PSI's annual budgeting process, monitoring and analyzing budget variances across departments and regions, and providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions. This role requires a strong analytical mind, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the collection and reporting of membership fees, ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to regional offices, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
  • Ensure all financial operations comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Supervise a team of finance professionals and provide leadership and guidance to support their growth and development.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a financial controller or analyst role, preferably within an NGO, international organization, or union setting.
  • Proven expertise in budget management, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Fluency in English is required. Fluency in French and/or Spanish is highly desirable.
