We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Stonehage Fleming SA. As a key member of the Family Office Team, you will provide critical support to our clients, ensuring seamless delivery of services and exceptional client care.

Responsibilities
  1. Deliver high-quality administrative support to the Family Office Team, encompassing preparation of complex documentation, reports, and presentations, as well as coordination of client meetings and events.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments, collaborating to drive client success and operational efficiency.
  3. Partner with third-party experts to gather valuable insights and perspectives, supporting informed decision-making for our clients.
  4. Contribute to the development of comprehensive reporting packs, requiring meticulous attention to detail and exceptional analytical skills.
  5. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks, ensuring timely completion of assignments and effective communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
  • University degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Law)
  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar role within the financial services sector
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications quickly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Aptitude for analysis and problem-solving, with a keen eye for detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
