At Yakoubi Associates, we are seeking a highly skilled Wealth Management Specialist to join our team in Zurich. As an Account Manager / Junior Relationship Manager, you will provide administrative and operational support to one Relationship Manager in their day-to-day tasks and co-ownership of a smaller client book.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand the needs and expectations of Relationship Managers and prepare client reports and presentations.
  • Welcome clients on the phone and at the office in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Organize client business meetings and various other support duties for the Relationship Managers.
  • Place and monitor stock exchange, FX, FD, and loan orders.
  • Support the Private Banker in completing credit applications and KYC.
  • Perform account maintenance procedures including account openings and closings, payment orders, cash, and transaction management.
  • Ensure that all business is executed in compliance with local relevant laws, regulations, and bank internal policies.
  • Handle daily administrative tasks, phone calls, and correspondence (internal and external).
Requirements
  • Banking apprenticeship or further education in Banking and Finance, very good knowledge of the Private Banking & Wealth Management area in Switzerland.
  • 4+ years of experience in a front-related role in Private Banking.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with a good ability to prioritize multiple tasks and requests simultaneously as well as a very precise and efficient work approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish.
  • Strong IT skills, in particular Excel, PowerPoint, and preferably advanced Avaloq knowledge.
