As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience across multiple facets of wealth management, including investment, marketing, sales, and compliance. You will work closely with our experienced team members to develop your skills and knowledge in these areas.
Key Responsibilities- Support investment processes by assisting in maintaining and curating investment portfolios that align with our investment philosophy.
- Collaborate on creating educational materials and marketing content that promote financial literacy and showcase our offerings.
- Work on campaigns and initiatives to attract prospective clients, focusing on expanding our outreach within the female financial ecosystem.
- Assist with compliance-related tasks to ensure our operations run smoothly and meet regulatory requirements.
- Participate in various projects and initiatives, working closely with team members across investment, marketing, and operations.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
- A strong interest in wealth management, investing, building client relationships, and entrepreneurialism.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex financial topics for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with digital tools; familiarity with CRM systems and investment software such as Morningstar Direct is a plus.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Fluent in English (required); German is highly desirable (C1).
