At TN Switzerland, we are looking for highly skilled individuals to join our Customer Service team as Automotive Customer Support Specialists.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with one of the most esteemed automobile brands in the world, Mercedes-Benz. As an Automotive Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customer requests, utilizing phone calls, emails, and chats to provide a seamless customer experience.

You will respond to inquiries about products and services, offering expert advice on a range of car-related matters and resolve issues as they arise – addressing customers' concerns in a professional and timely manner.

We are seeking candidates who possess fluency in German, very good use of English, and a profound passion for cars. Work experience as a customer support/customer care representative for at least 6 months will be preferred.

As a key member of our team, you will bring highly developed communication skills, a genuine problem-solving mentality, and a deep sense of ownership. Tech savviness and learning agility are essential for this role.
