Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Principal Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you'll be responsible for driving customer success, revenue growth, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive customer adoption, expansion, and satisfaction.
  • Partner with sales and CSMs to ensure seamless onboarding and transition processes.
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with customers and their delivery teams.
  • Proactively manage customer portfolios, identifying and mitigating risks that threaten satisfaction, growth, or renewal.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify operational challenges and provide actionable recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years in a Customer Success role within Enterprise and/or SaaS vendors.
  • Proven track record of building and managing complex customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in high-stress situations.
  • A strong understanding of finance processes, including Financial Close, Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Management Reporting.
  • Familiarity with CPM systems, such as OneStream, Oracle's EPM suite, Anaplan, SAP Outlooksoft BPC, SAP BOFC, or IBM Cognos, is a plus.
