Deine Aufgaben sind

? Du kümmerst dich um telefonische und schriftliche Störungsmeldungen unserer Kund:innen in Deutsch und Französisch
? Du disponierst die Serviceeinsätze unserer Techniker und übernimmst die dazugehörende Kommunikation mit Kunden, Servicetechnikern und internen Schnittstellen
? Die technische Beratung in Bezug auf unsere leitungsgebundenen Trinkwasserspender bereichern deinen Alltag zusätzlich

? Zudem übernimmst du vielseitige administrative Arbeiten im First und Second Level Support

Beste Voraussetzungen für deinen Einstieg
? Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit ausgeprägtem technischem Verständnis oder eine technische Ausbildung mit guten kaufmännischen Fähigkeiten

? Du überzeugst mit einer ausgeprägten Kundenorientierung und bist ein Organisationstalent
? Dein Deutsch ist stilsicher. Zusätzlich kannst du gut in Französisch kommunizieren
? Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten im Team gehört zu deinen Stärken
? Eine offene, kommunikative und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit rundet dein Profil ab
