Job Summary:

The Sales Growth Director will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve growth targets for Structured Products. This individual will lead and manage a team of Sales professionals, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their investment strategies and provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Lead a high-performing team of Sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure exceptional performance and results.
  • Buid and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their investment objectives and preferences to deliver bespoke solutions that meet their needs.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the financial services sector.
  • Extensive experience in sales of Structured Products, with a deep understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and risk management.
