Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager MENA to drive new business in the Cyber Security market in the MENA region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with customers, and presenting and selling our cybersecurity solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Cyber Security market in the MENA region.
  • Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and effectively provide solutions with our products and services.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and ensure pipeline growth.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, pre-sales teams, and partners to manage the sales cycle from initial contact to contract signature.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Independently conduct negotiations with customers, including C-Suite executives, to close deals.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the development of strategies and internal processes to improve sales performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Holds a university degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Brings 5-8 years of experience in consultative sales within relevant technologies for high-tech products and/or services; Cybersecurity experience is advantageous.
  • Skills: Demonstrates proven experience in customer interaction and effective follow-up, results-driven professional with a profound understanding of sales methodologies, and excellent communication skills.
  • Language: Fluent in English and Arabic; German is a plus.
