**China Europe International Business School (CEIBS)**, you will be working at China's number one internationally accredited business school. Working from our Zurich campus located on the shores of Lake Zurich, you'll join
**an international team** and work closely with both the Alumni & Partnerships Manager and the Sales & Marketing Manager.

During your internship you will work alongside the marketing and alumni teams, responsible for delivering recruitment events and alumni events such as the CEIBS Europe Forum Series, one of the leading Sino-European industry conferences as well as other events, programmes, forums, and student recruitment fairs.

In this position, an entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for event management and an ability to multi-task would be a winning combination.

**Your Responsiblities**:

- Work with Alumni and Partnerships manager to support development of alumni community, partnership outreach opportunities and daily business/management processes
- Work with Sales and Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and analyze recruitment events both online and offline
- Support with event management for workshops, networking dinners, forums and the annual alumni reunion
- Learn and support marketing software initiatives
- Get involved in planning meetings to generate ideas on topics, speakers and content for events
- Copywriting and development of marketing materials and content
- Drive content production through conversations with c-level and senior executives
- Admin tasks such as data development and analysis and filing
- Participate in and support the creation of proposals and other client deliverables
- Support on the ground sales initiatives with the option of travel related to recruitment events

**What we are looking for**:

- Self-starter who is able to work independently and as part of a team
- Creativity, organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Flexibility and proactiveness
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Legally authorized to work permanently (i.e. without time limitations, without restrictions or without need for work sponsorship) in the country and/or region where the internship assignment is located
- Willingness to travel if required
- Knowledge of Microsoft suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc.)
