**Role description**:
**Your Mission**:
- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Drive brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition across all channels.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Management of Department
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team, including best-in-class freelancers across various regions and foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
- Establish and deploy processes, Ways of Working, and tools to support growth and efficiency.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively across channels and campaigns.
- Brand Management & Marketing
- Oversee the development and execution of brand initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and a strong brand presence in the market.
- Collaborate with the Product and Sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new taste solutions and manage successful product launches.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Use analytics tools to track performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Employer Branding, Public Relations & Communications
- Oversee the company's employer branding initiatives in collaboration with our People and Culture function.
- Manage public relations efforts, media relations, press releases, and develop communication strategies to enhance the company’s public image.
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- University degree with outstanding performance, preferably in business, marketing or communications or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of professional experience in Marketing, preferably in a fast-growth environment, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a senior marketing leadership role
- Proven track record of building and leading a successful, multidisciplinary marketing team and strong skills in team building, mentoring, and fostering creativity.
- Driven, hands-on leader with strong decision-making abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational, planning and prioritization skills with proven ability to build from scratch while taking ownership and responsibility.
- Fluency in English and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in the Flavour & Fragrance Industry
- Fluency in German
