Technical Sales Representative

As our client continue to expand its operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Sales Representative (m/w/d) for the german speaking part of CH. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and promoting products and services within the construction sector. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, contractors, engineers, and developers. By leveraging your technical expertise and industry knowledge, you will identify opportunities, provide product demonstrations and offer tailored solutions to meet our clients' needs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry, including residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, understanding their needs and challenges to offer effective solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration. Track sales metrics and performance indicators to evaluate effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Product Demonstration: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features, benefits, and value propositions to potential clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, engineering, and customer support, to ensure alignment of sales activities with company objectives and customer needs.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes affecting the construction sector. Use market insights to identify emerging opportunities and guide decision-making.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in technical sales within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Fluent in German and English
