Our Structural Heart team is at the forefront of transforming structural heart therapies, leading the development of more advanced solutions for patient care. As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our presence in the market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business plans, strategies, and initiatives to drive business growth and expand our presence in the market.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and KOLs to drive business growth and expand our presence in the market.
- Participate in price management and ensure compliance with market conditions.
- Set individual goals for the sales team and ensure they are met.
- Develop and coach the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Effective planning and follow-up of set budgets.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Economics, Life or Technical sciences; MS/PHD/MBA preferred.
- Professional experience in Sales, preferably in the Life Science industry.
- Strong analytical, finance, and forecasting skills, process-oriented and strategic planning skills.
- Good product knowledge and understanding of clinical study creation and interpretation.
- Fluent in German and English; any additional languages is a plus.
