Our Business UnitWe are seeking a high-energy sales professional to join our Materials Science business unit in Switzerland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our market presence in the EMEA region.
Your Key Responsibilities- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating and developing leads to achieve ambitious sales goals
- Ensure high-speed market penetration for our innovative new products and solutions
- Develop and implement a targeted sales strategy to meet the needs of the market, driving sustainable growth for our products and services
- Present Chemspeed solutions to customers, conferences, and seminars, showcasing our expertise and value proposition
- Analyze lab R&D workflows and provide tailored solutions in close collaboration with our workflow design team
- Optimize the efficiency of your sales process by maximizing the impact of our in-house support and CRM tool
- 3-5 years of sales experience in complex scientific or technical investment goods, preferably automated lab equipment or related fields
- Proven sales track record, consistently exceeding annual quotas
- Highly self-driven, goal-oriented, and market-focused personality
- In-depth familiarity with the EMEA Materials Science market is a plus
- Degree in science or engineering
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Enjoy direct customer contact and frequent travel
