As a Sales Executive for our Strategic Products business unit, you'll play a crucial role in driving market penetration and growth. Your expertise in scientific capital equipment and solutions will help us expand our reach and deliver cutting-edge solutions to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities, focusing on deal closing to achieve ambitious sales goals
* Continue the growth and market penetration of our innovative benchtop solutions, the CRYSTAL product line, through targeted sales strategies
* Manage existing customer relationships and leverage these connections to expand reach within key accounts
* Identify potential for upselling to our larger automated solutions and lead on projects aligned with our benchtop products
* Present Chemspeed solutions at customers, conferences, and seminars
* Optimize the efficiency of your sales process by maximizing the impact of our in-house support and CRM tool
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of sales experience in scientific/technical capital equipment and solutions, preferably automated lab equipment or related field
* Proven sales track record, exceeding annual quotas
* Familiarity with the EMEA scientific instruments sales market and growth areas
* Highly self-driven, goal-oriented, and sales-focused personality
* Degree in chemistry, science, or engineering
* Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
* Proficient in English, further languages a plus
* Enjoy direct contact with customers and frequent travel
