To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 12-15 years of professional experience in finance, with a minimum of 2 years in a CFO or Head of Finance role
- A completed degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
- Extensive experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Fluency in English is a must, with German fluency a plus
