CRM Support Specialist

Your role
As CRM Assistant at Bank J. Safra Sarasin you will be partnering with CRMs in their day-to-day work tasks and are responsible for ensuring a high-end banking service.
Your responsibilities
- Support the team with administrative tasks
- Partner with CRMs to manage overall day-to-day business
- Responding to customer enquiries by email or telephone
- Perform account openings, closings and other documentations
- Prepare client meetings and sometimes events
- Monitor client portfolios, handle client orders in the absence of CRMs, handle asset maturities and corporate actions
- Deal with internal and external policies and compliance regulations including FATCA, anti-money laundering (AML), MiFID, etc.
Your profile
- Completed apprenticeship in the banking sector
- 2 years of practical experience as an Assistant in Private Banking
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills; knowledge in Avaloq is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills as well as ability to weigh problems and set priorities
- Strong work ethics, integrity and high level of accountability
- Organizational skills as well as ability to work under pressure
- Fluency in German and English
