Operations Project Manager

Job Summary

As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of projects and change activities. This role requires strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively with our R&D department and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage operational projects, including changes in manufacturing processes or the relocation of production sites at suppliers.
  • Ensure timely exchange of information and effective decision making throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Act as a link between R&D and Operations, enabling Agile Methodology by representing Operations in Innovation Projects.
  • Take ownership of technical changes, ensuring execution according to plan and documentation in line with Medela's Quality Management System.
  • Organize project and review meetings, and report to the relevant decision-making body.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, natural sciences, or a related field.
  • Experience in Operations in an international environment, preferably in a highly regulated industry (Medical devices or similar).
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001/13485 and Quality Management Systems.
  • Proven project management skills, including planning and reporting.
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex issues, with a willingness to learn and drive change.
