About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your skills and experience in a fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for:
- Efficiently coordinating calendars, meetings, and travel plans for our executives;
- Managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence, ensuring seamless communication and prioritization of tasks;
- Providing research support, preparing reports, and ensuring executives have all the necessary information for important meetings;
- Tracking progress on special projects and providing updates on key milestones;
- Maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information;
- Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering positive partnerships and collaborations;
- Anticipating challenges and providing general administrative support to ensure the executive's office runs smoothly.
Your Background
We're looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who has a proven track record of providing high-level support in a similar role, ideally to C-level executives. Your excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion make you an ideal candidate.
