How you create impact
  • Competent and independent support to our customers by email and telephone
  • Coordination, scheduling and monitoring of global sea transports (import and export as well as Cross Trade, FCL and LCL)
  • Processing special cases and special requests
  • Troubleshooting in the day-to-day business
  • Coordination of tasks between various departments and offices in order to achieve a smooth shipment process
That makes you the ideal candidate

You should bring along the following knowledge and experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in sea freight logistics
  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or similar, specializing in forwarding and/or logistics
  • Excellent English and French skills, both spoken and written and least one additional language, German would be a plus.


You should possess:

  • High level of service orientation and a strong attention to details
  • Flexibility, resilience and ability to work under pressure
  • Good teamwork spirit
