The Role
As an Enterprise Sales Strategist, you will manage your sales territory, develop strong relationships with customers and prospects, and promote Veeva solutions to help Consumer Goods and chemicals industries undergo digital transformation in Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Marketing, and R&D.
You will be responsible for the full sales cycle from lead identification to deal closure, ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the process. Collaborating closely with marketing, strategy, and solution consultants, you'll define key actions to secure new opportunities at net-new customers and expand our customer base.
To support you daily, Product Experts, Solutions Consultants, and Industry Market Owners will form part of your sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new opportunities for existing or new customers
- Work closely with your Account team (Strategy, Marketing, Solution Consultant) to create a tailored Account plan
- Closing new business on your sales patch
- Manage complex Sales Cycles from start to finish
- Maintain accurate and timely CRM reports
- 7+ years of professional experience in SaaS, managing intricate sales cycles with a proven track record
- A entrepreneurial mindset and tenacious approach
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong strategic sales abilities to navigate accounts and opportunities
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Team player, able to handle accountability and direction
- Willingness to travel as needed
- BA or BS Degree
- Fluent English and French is desired
- Sales experience in Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, Food & Beverage, and Chemicals is desirable but not required
- Veeva Giving: 1% of your annual salary for charitable donations
