Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager to spearhead our machine vision business. This key role will focus on understanding market requirements, identifying new applications in the imaging space, and driving strategic partnerships to fuel business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand our presence in the machine vision segment
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key industry players to drive mutual growth opportunities
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and develop corresponding product offerings
  • Create compelling sales materials, business plans, and go-to-market strategies to effectively communicate our value proposition
  • Promote our revolutionary products through content creation and participation in trade shows
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (MSc or equivalent) with at least 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in machine vision
  • Strong background in management consulting is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Ambitious personality, well-organized, autonomous, and prepared to travel internationally
  • Fluency in English, good knowledge of German, and other languages advantageous
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
