About the Role

We're seeking an experienced International Tax Consultant to join our team on a permanent basis. In this role, you'll assist with all transfer pricing planning and compliance obligations across EMEA, including dispute resolution, tax audits, diverted profits tax, and M&A. You'll work closely with our VP, EMEA Tax, to develop and implement our transfer pricing strategy, providing strategic input into tax and finance risk management with a focus on transfer pricing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the continued development of our transfer pricing function, ensuring seamless integration with our existing tax advisory services.
  • Develop and maintain successful relationships with senior stakeholders across the business and external stakeholders, including tax authorities.
  • Provide tax advice to stakeholders across the business on a range of transfer pricing matters, leveraging your expertise to drive business growth and minimize risk.
  • Assist in global tax matters as it relates to the expansion of our Arch brand, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll possess a Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, finance or law from an accredited college/university, along with a minimum five years international tax experience in industry and/or in a public accounting firm. Insurance transfer pricing experience in EMEA, particularly Western Europe, is highly desirable.
