Sales Area Manager

To achieve this objective, we require a highly motivated and experienced Junior District Manager to lead our sales efforts in the German-speaking region of Switzerland.

- Sales Responsibility:
- • Achieve revenue targets for allocated locations through effective sales strategies
- • Analyze sales and product data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- • Develop and implement effective problem-solving strategies to address any challenges that may arise
- People Management:
- • Assume disciplinary responsibility for store managers and sales staff, promoting a positive work environment
- • Foster a motivating leadership style, encouraging employees to reach their full potential
- • Serve as a first trainer for new staff members and store managers, promoting positive development and active sales
- Recruiting and Enrollment:
- • Evaluate and select application documents for sales positions and store management roles
- • Conduct interviews to find suitable candidates
- Visual Merchandising:
- • Adapt VM concepts from the company headquarters in Verona to individual store conditions and sales priorities
- • Communicate weekly layout plans to store managers, ensuring smooth implementation and advertising measures at the store
- Stock Management:
- • Provide guidelines and suggestions to store managers to adjust stock levels based on sales statistics
- Seller:
- • Maintain daily presence in stores and engage directly with customers and staff
- Interface to Central Areas:
- • Act as the primary point of contact with Swiss HQ departments
