About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Counsel to join our team at Richemont. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in providing timely and results-oriented legal advice to our Maisons and supporting them in a wide variety of matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice and support on commercial and contract law matters, including drafting and negotiating agreements.
  • Identify, analyze, and evaluate risks to provide appropriate and compliant solutions.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Richemont entities and external counsels.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Qualified lawyer with a strong background in commercial and contract law.
  • Minimum of 5 years post-bar qualification experience in providing legal advice in an international environment.
  • Proven drafting and negotiation skills, with experience in commercial and contract law.
  • Fluent in English and French, with excellent communication and project management skills.
