Job Title: Legal Counsel

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to join our team at Richemont. As a key member of our Group Legal department, you will play a crucial role in providing legal advice and support to our luxury goods businesses.

About the Role

As a Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and effective legal advice on a wide range of matters, including commercial and contract law.
  • Reviewing and drafting legal documents, including agreements and contracts.
  • Working closely with our business teams to identify and mitigate legal risks.
  • Negotiating with external parties to achieve business objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in law, with a focus on commercial and contract law.
  • Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
