Job Title: Legal Counsel

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Counsel to join our team at Richemont. As a key member of our Group Legal department, you will play a crucial role in providing legal advice and support to our business units across the globe.

About the Role:
  • Provide timely and results-oriented legal advice on a wide range of matters, including commercial, contract, and employment law.
  • Support the development and implementation of legal strategies to drive business growth and minimize risk.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential legal issues.
  • Negotiate and draft complex legal agreements, including manufacturing, distribution, and licensing agreements.
  • Work closely with external counsel to ensure effective and efficient legal representation.
Requirements:
  • Qualified lawyer with a strong background in commercial and contract law.
  • Minimum 5 years of post-bar qualification experience in an international environment.
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English and French, with a strong command of Microsoft Office.
