About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to join our team at Richemont. As a key member of our legal department, you will provide timely and results-oriented legal advice on a wide range of matters across our activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice and support on various matters, including commercial and contract law.
  • Respond to ad hoc queries and identify, analyze, and evaluate risks to provide appropriate and compliant solutions.
  • Negotiate, review, and draft legal and commercial documents, including agreements.
  • Work closely with Richemont entities and external counsels to ensure seamless collaboration.
Requirements
  • Qualified lawyer with a French law qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of post-bar qualification experience in providing legal advice in an international environment.
  • Experience in commercial and contract law, with proven drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office suite.
