We are seeking an experienced HR leader to join our dynamic team at LEDCity AG, a pioneering cleantech start-up dedicated to reducing energy consumption in the lighting sector worldwide.

Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Location: Zurich or remote work options available

Estimated Salary: CHF 80,000 - 100,000 per year, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Strategic Management: Supporting and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • People Planning: Contributing to the development of the organization's human resources, working closely with the CEO to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals.
  • Team Development: Providing guidance and mentorship to HR team members, promoting professional growth and development.
  • Employee Relations and Support: Serving as a point of contact and advisor to the executive team and HR leaders on all HR-related matters, supporting employees and leaders with personnel issues.
  • Compliance and Policy Development: Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Process and Quality Improvement: Ensuring ongoing compliance and development of HR processes and quality standards, promoting synergies within HR and across the organization.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional experience in human resources, preferably in a scale-up environment.
  • Emotional intelligence, excellent written and oral communication skills in English and German.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
